Malaysia International Scholarship MIS 2027

The Malaysia International Scholarship is a flagship initiative of the Malaysian Government, administered by the Ministry of Higher Education, to attract outstanding international students for postgraduate studies at Malaysian public universities. The scholarship aims to develop human capital and strengthen academic ties between Malaysia and partner nations worldwide. Scholars are placed at leading Malaysian institutions such as Universiti Malaya, Universiti Sains Malaysia, and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The fully funded scholarship covers tuition fees and provides a monthly living stipend. Malaysia offers a vibrant and affordable living environment, a strong research culture, and English-medium instruction at most public universities. Applications are accepted from eligible countries in Asia, the Pacific, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East.
