NUFFIC Orange Knowledge Programme Netherlands 2027

The Orange Knowledge Programme is a Dutch government-funded scholarship managed by Nuffic, the Netherlands organisation for internationalisation in education. It aims to strengthen the capacity of organisations and individuals from eligible countries by funding short courses and Master programs at Dutch universities and institutes. The OKP supports professionals from 54 partner countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe to pursue short professional training courses or full-time Master degree programs in the Netherlands. Fields supported include agriculture, water management, food security, governance, health, education, and economic development. The scholarship covers tuition fees, visa and residence permit costs, international travel, accommodation, health insurance, and a monthly subsistence allowance.
