Taiwan ICDF International Higher Education Scholarship 2027

The International Cooperation and Development Fund of Taiwan offers fully funded scholarships for students from partner and developing countries to pursue Master and PhD degrees at prestigious Taiwanese universities. Taiwan is home to world-class research institutions including National Taiwan University, National Cheng Kung University, and National Tsing Hua University. The ICDF scholarship covers full tuition, monthly stipend, dormitory accommodation, health insurance, and round-trip airfare. Fields supported include science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, public health, business, education, and social development. Programs are offered in English across participating institutions.
